Masroor Panai (Muhammad Khan Solangi) born on 25 October 1947 at Village Pano Solangi District N.Feroze Sindh. Muhmmad Khan was a Sindhi Poet, He used his pen-name of Masroor Panai.
Masroor passed five classes of primary education education in his own village, He got a B.Ed from Sukkur in 1992. He became a Primary Teacher and then a supervisor. Masroor retired prematurely in 1998.

Masroor Panai died at the age of 57 on 10th August 2004, from a heart attack in Bhiria City. First book of his poetry "Zindagi Mak Phura" was published on forty.
