Sagar Hanif Burdi was born on 01 May 1969 in Padidan City District Naushehro Feroze. He was an Activist and Leader of Jeay Sindh Qoumi Mahaz Party. Sagar passed five classes of primary education in GBPS Haji Khan Raja (1975) and Matric in Government High School Padidan Station (1979). Sagar Passed Inter in 1985 from Sachal Sarmast Degree College Nawabshah. He got M.A Sindhi in 1997 from the University of Sindh Jamshoro.

Sagar Hanif Burdi joined the Jeay Sindh Student Federation (JSSF) after G M Syed's death. After completing his education, he joined the Jeay Sindh Qoumi Mahaz (JSQM). He was elected Central Press Secretary of Jeay Sindh Qoumi Mahaz (JSQM) in 2002.

Sagar Hanif Burdi died at the age of 49 on 01 August 2018 in Padidan City. He wrote the book "Pyar Aie Azadi (Love and Freedom). He has two daughters Rachna and Warkha.
